Refund policy

Please keep in mind every piece is made by hand, therefore some natural variations will occur, this is the imperfect beauty of non machine made goods. However, if you're not pleased with the piece you have received, please feel free to email and explain the issue. Returns, if agreed upon, can be made up to 30 Days from purchase, providing it doesnt show worn and is not a custom piece. If you have ordered a custom piece (ie: in a different material than listed) sadly it cannot be returned. For custom bridal and fine jewelry, we cannot issue any refunds or returns.

We are happy to repair any damaged pieces (within reason) through the course of you loving them however, you will be held responsible for the shipping costs both ways.

Returns
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Sometimes this takes a few days to show up on your bank statement, so please be patient.

Late or missing refunds

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@mercurialnyc.com and send your item to: 2258 Moreno Drive Los Angeles CA 90039

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
